I'm astonished at how this group has so many good reviews. Let me start by saying the staff is great. Dr. Kaur is a different story. I started going here last year in a bind because, unfortunately, during COVID, I neglected my teeth. My first impression of her wasn't great, but I liked the staff and didn't really have to see Dr. Kaur because I switched to another dentist in the group, who I adored. I got a call in April about a follow-up appointment, saying that dentist was no longer at the practice, so when I was in a bind again, I booked an emergency appointment with Dr. Kaur. Again, the staff was friendly, but within the first few minutes with Dr. Kaur, she was belittling and rude when explaining what was wrong with my teeth in its current state. She tries to come off like a "straight shooter," but her approach is very condescending. We are probably around the same age, and she spoke to me like she was chastising a child. I told her I would not sit here while she talks to me like that, and I would find another dentist, and I walked out on the spot. Update: July 7, 2026 and still no one has called back (they replied to my last review and asked me to call) and still no refund or call back about that. Im including my other posts in this message as well. I came to this place with high hopes. The dentist who worked on my husband was very kind. I have absolutely no complaints about her. The problem started when they charged my credit card after my loan was already paid. I have been calling over and over and over again, asking for a refund before my bank overcharged me. They have refused over ten times to help me out by making every excuse under the sun as to why my refund cannot be given to me. They say they're going to submit tickets. They say they sent me a check on june 8th when it's already the 26th and I have received nothing. We will not be returning here and i'm going to tell everybody who I referred here to keep away and if I were you, I'd keep it away as well. The funny thing is, I heard reception having a conversation with a another patient when I first got there about money but I brushed it off and thought, what are the chances that would be me. I should have gone with my gut instinct. This place is not worth the hassle.

I Wouldn't recommend this place. Their service is terrible. My wife was overcharged on her credit card, and we've been waiting for a refund since the 8th. We've been calling, and all we get is the runaround. I work in customer service; it's not hard. They've shown no empathy whatsoever, especially during a time of inflation. My daughter's 1st birthday was on the 24th, and we were hoping to have that money by then. We had planned a 2-day trip to Monterey Bay Aquarium and were hoping to get a rental. Since the money never returned to her card, we had to change plans.

I was very impressed with the teeth cleaning that Xing Xing done on my teeth. I went to get my teeth cleaned at Bright and Now a couple of times and paid hundreds of dollars and walked out looking the same. Fig Garden Dental is the best they are all so very friendly. They also do great Dental work. I highly recommend 👌

I had a dental emergency while on business travel in Fresno. I jump on Google and found the Fig Garden Dental Group. They were able to see me the same day within a few hours of checking in. Looks can be deceiving as this dental office is huge. The lobby doesn't do this place justice as when you walk to the back you realize this place is huge. The staff is helpful and friendly. I was really impressed with Dr. Pau. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I was so impressed that If I lived in the area I would have her be my regular dentist. Thank you Dr. Pau, keep up the good work.
